The Tribe (Mr Davidson's group)

This is a story adventure that the group did with Mr Davidson and this is our first ever thing we did with  Mr Davidson.

first we had to do the planning it was hard it took me, justin V and harry about a week and a half we had to make lines to different boxes that either lead to death

second we had to put it in to google forms that was hard then the plan because we had to make big paragraphs so the story is a story

In my own words what is the trick that will let the coloured tooth touch the gap next to the on other cogs tooth? 

What I found out was that the only way for it to work like that is 

for it to be a even number because even numbers can be doubled 

Pedal power cycle skills

We had the day out of school to learn how to ride a bike.
We learnt how to putt our hands out to signal the driver behind you to tell them what way you are going we also learnt that looking behind you to see if someone is coming but you also have to look in front to you, so don't bike into what is in front of you and we had to go fast but stay in a straight line and we had to go as slow as we can but that part I did not know what it was for?

Soil

What is soil?

who knows what soil is, anyone?

soil is something in the dirt and it help plants, tree and food 

it really keeps you alive it  gives you oxygen, food and plants and this is 

a weird one it give us animals soil can grow grass.

Will we run out of soil in the world?
don't know will we this question of your own opinion 

this is my own opinion  no and here's why you can reuse soil and it is
make out of poo not human poo animal poo 

What sport do you want to play?

Olympic games have you ever wanted to play a Olympic game, I did and it is archery or shooting. It is dangers but it is to represent our country  in the Olympic games.I think that I should because i have skills
that can help me in shooting, you got to hold your breath because when you breath it moves the
aiming so you hold you breath it will not

Term 3 wk 1

I did not like this week i loved it i had finished all my work but at home hasn't been so well

but yeah i have been up to date with my learning and what i need to hand in and get done 

and i have been moved up into the higher reading groups. Maths i have been playing cards

and i have been improving my skills. IExplore has been wonderful i have done my mind mapping,

KWLH chart and done half of the research already i don't think this could get any better 

but still sad of what is happening at home but over all it has been wonderful =)

is the maori name for new zealand and did you now new zealand is only 903 years old.

today i had seven leaners who join me to do a long verse with me how brave 

of them so we are doing poi.

Crazy Hair Day

Friday 17th june 2016

Ormiston Primary School had Crazy Hair Day

flat, long and tall all of them are different shape and sizes

for different personalities and different imagenation.

Ormiston Primary School students create challenges for different people and habitats and on that day Miss wilkes announced that there are going to be another connected community day and Clubs performing like the Maori club and the  Desi Dance Club

As you can see the tank is all most to 3/2

and soon we will be having sausage sizzle day

What does Anzac means to me

What does Anzac mean to me?

It means to me because they did something for our country. They saved

New Zealand and the people that live in it.They helped the British with their war and I think that

they never should of went. I think that the British should fight their own battle. I think they

never should of die for something that the British started. I think they never should of went. Lots of people die their on that land I with not stand here and do nothing I will do something with my life the same as they did but I will not do something that someone started

what happens in a workshop?

Fun, learning and games, that's what happens in a workshop you learn great things 

you could learn meanings of words new ways to solve a problem. 

But the best one was the one today but why this workshop?

their was only limited amount of people aloud in the workshop and I learnt 

to never tell anyone my password even your close friend and 

always have a strong password. never open a email if you don't know them.

How can I improve my safety online and leave positive footprints?

I could improve my safety by never give negative comments to others

and never give my password to others 

Maths

Geometry Challenge

Triangle, Right angle, Epuilateral triangle,

Scalene triangle and so on and so on,

they are part of a challenge,Who likes maths better yet

who loves Geometry I don't not one bit.

but this time was different because well I thought we were just
going to be told but no we had to find out the meanings of
the shapes that is cool so here are 2 of the best shape I found

so yeah that is how fun maths is so enjoy it

School Trip

Ormps went to the temple down the road we had the time of our life. The best time was the time was when we had to wait for our bus and i would have to lead songs it was fun but enough of that the real thing that i learnt was the 4G and 3G i forgot what it meant but i will come back and tell you what it is but yeah 4G and 3G that is the mean topic, the little things we learnt was the first 7 steps that Buddha had and every step he made 7 beautiful flowers where made and that is cool we had a movie to watch and it was really interesting because it was about Buddhas life of how he grew up so yeah so you want to know more go to the temple. 

Connected Day

Friday 16th may 2016 

It was a day were everyone in the school 

come together and they have things to do  

my best one was the ball the ball was huge and 

heavy, the reason why this was the best 

because i had this little boy and is about the size of my legs 

and he can it the ball so high it would go up  then come 

down and it hit me in the head 

On that day i learnt that fun doesn't 

happen by your self it happens when you are 

with others and share with the people around you

 no matter who they are small, big, smelly or bossy

I learnt to pull out a sentence then pull out
the key words then turn that in to my own words
and present it
